MagLava Privacy Policy

MagLava is an offline arcade game for iOS, macOS and Android. No account is required.

Data in the game

MagLava does not collect or transmit personal information, location, advertising identifiers, contacts or gameplay analytics to the developer. It contains no advertising, analytics SDKs, in-app purchases, chat or user-generated content.

Saved progress

Completed stages, stars, best times, scores and sound, haptic and motion settings are stored locally on your device. Your operating system may include this data in its normal device backups according to your settings. The developer does not operate a server that stores your progress.

Diagnostics and beta testing

Apple and Google may process store, diagnostic or beta-testing information according to their own privacy policies and your device settings. TestFlight may share crash reports or feedback that you choose to submit. These platform services are separate from MagLava's game code.

Support

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to provide, and use it to respond to your request. Do not send passwords or payment details. Contact fterry@sweetpapatechnologies.com for support or privacy questions, including requests to delete correspondence.

Children

The game has no account registration or personal-data collection, including from children.

Changes

If the game's privacy practices change, this page will be updated with a new effective date.

MagLava support
